We will endeavour to despatch all order within 24 hours. However sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control it will be a longer. Please allow delivery within 10 days, if you have not received anything within 6 days please contact us.
All badges are despatched in a packet jiffy bag with a proof of posting.
Badges will only be sent once monies have cleared, we are not responsible for any delays due to cheques. We are not liable for any pilfridging or damage during transit. .

RETURNS & REFUNDS
- If an order fails to get to you within 15 days please inform us.
- Refunds on undelivered items cannot be processed until after 15 days, this is a rule imposed by Royal Mail. We will then require a written confirmation that the order has not been received, with proof of address and proof of signature.
- We are not liable for damaged or pilfered goods during transit. Please contact Royal Mail if this occurs.
- If items are returned to us by Royal Mail for any reason, we are happy to re-send them but require 90p for standard delivery or £1.70 for recorded delivery. This must be paid before despatch.
- If you dont want your order, we will refund you, minus postage and 50p per badge admin & handling fee. This is non negotaible.
